The Chennault Aviation and Military Museum educates visitors about the military career of General Claire Chennault as well as other regional and national military and aviation history. There are many local restaurants, unique shops, and neighborhood taverns. The Louisiana Purchase Gardens and Zoo as well as the Biedenharn Museum and Gardens attract visitors from all over the state and country and are especially popular with families.
