Mystic Drawbridge Ice Cream started during the 1800’s when Randall Brown, Jr. began serving homemade, delicious ice cream from the same store that exists today. This ice cream tradition was continued by Ebenezer Morgan during the early 1900’s with a shop called The Riverside Ice Cream Garden. John Koulbanis took over making homemade candies and ice cream in the shop during the mid-twentieth century. Mystic Drawbridge Ice Cream today serves ice cream made with pure, high quality ingredients, continuing the tradition of “ice cream excellence.” In addition to ice cream, the menu here also includes sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
