The Stratton Brook State Park is a state park and public recreation area that offers a range of outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, fishing, boating, swimming, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and ice-skating in winter.
A seasonal nature center provides extensive information on the park and the fauna and flora that can be found within it, as well as several annual interpretive programs that are conducted in the beautifully wooded setting of the park. Other notable features include the Massaco Forest Pavilion, which was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1935 and amenities in the park include picnic shelters with tables and benches and modern restrooms.
