Living The Dream Brewing is a small 7-barrel craft brewery established in 2014 in Littleton, Colorado, in the Highlands Ranch area, hidden in the industrial park. Their fun tap room can get packed, so it is good that they have a large parking lot, and the place is easily bikeable on the Highline Canal Trail. The huge garage door on the tap room can be open on nice days to let the fresh air in and folks out onto the spacious outdoor patio. Food is offered by a variety of food trucks. Popular Pink Tank offers hotdogs, hamburgers, and chicken with waffles.
