Dedicated to the culture and art of Asia and the Pacific Islands, the USC Pacific Asia Museum was established in 1971 with the aim to encourage intercultural understanding. The museum focuses on the classic and contemporary arts and houses over 15,000 objects, many of which date back to over four thousand years.

Current exhibitions such as “Royal Taste” take visitors on a journey through the luxurious lifestyles of princely courts in China. Visitors can explore the various exhibitions, view performances, attend festivals, or take part in the many lectures, classes, and workshops the museum hosts. Some of the classes and ongoing programs offered include yoga, tai chi, Chinese calligraphy, and haiku writing.
