Owner and chef Sean O’Toole focuses on fresh, locally sourced ingredients from farmers and ranchers in the area to produce a seasonally-changing menu of hearty dishes like local wild boar loin and belly in a pho broth, artichoke velouté with ricotta and lamb ravioli.
An open kitchen creates a warm and welcoming vibe in the otherwise airy and spacious dining area, and a full-service bar offers a wide range of casual wines, craft and draft beers, and creative cocktails. TORC is open for dinner, Wednesday through Monday.
