Guadalupe River Park is home to more than 2.6 miles of walking and cycling trails, known for the wide variety of outdoor seasonal recreational opportunities it offers to San José citizens. Several large open spaces are offered throughout the park, including the Arena Green, the Discovery Meadow, and Confluence East, which all preserve sensitive ecological areas. The park's Heritage Rose Garden is home to plantings of more than 3,700 gorgeous roses, while its Courtyard Garden serves as a showcase for drought-resistant plants and landscaping techniques. Visitors can also enjoy play at the world's largest Monopoly board, which allows groups to rent tokes for communal game play.
