Founded in 1999 by brothers Joel and Duncan Gott, Gott’s Roadside Diner serves up California-inspired dishes comprised of locally sourced ingredients. This lunch or dinner spot reinvents American roadside food. Its modern twist on the classic burger comes with a fried egg, bacon, and balsamic onions served with a side of garlic fries. Ahi Poke Crispy Tacos are prepared with sushi grade Ahi tuna and a charred jalapeño mayo. Diners line up to place their order before enjoying their meals served on trays on red picnic tables.
