Park Station Hashery is a friendly neighborhood eatery in the historical Rose Garden neighborhood of San Jose and has been providing a warm and communal environment to enjoy new American cuisine, craft brews, select wines, and excellent coffee since 2016. The brunch menu features mouthwatering signature dishes such as a Breakfast Casserole of baked eggs, chicken, chorizo, three cheeses, and potatoes; Salmon Scramble with salmon gravlax, crème fraiche, and onions; Corned Beef and Hash; and Hashery Huarache with freshly grilled masa, carnitas, pinto beans, two fried eggs with queso fresco, and guacamole. Park Station Hashery serves brunch Tuesday through Sunday.
