Optional add-ons such as customized menus, fire pit smores stations, and specialty cocktails are available as well. Couples hosting a wedding with 50 guests or fewer can book the restaurant's deck or one of its indoor spaces, and the entire property can be reserved for larger events. Ceremonies can be held on the lawn or on the pier, and couples who have always dreamed of a mountaintop wedding can arrange to be transported to the top of Homewood Mountain Resort by chairlift.

3. Black Bear Lodge

Tucked between the shores of Lake Tahoe and the base of Heavenly Mountain, Black Bear Lodge is a luxurious but rustic setting with both indoor and outdoor venue options. Outdoor weddings are held beneath a canopy of towering pine trees, while indoor weddings take place in the cozy lodge, which features hand cut logs and beautiful fireplaces adorned with river rocks. The indoor venue can accommodate 49 people and is available year-round, but the outdoor venue can only be booked between May and October. The lodge also offers five guest rooms and four cabins for wedding guests to stay in.

Located in Heavenly Village at the base of the Heavenly Mountain ski resort, Forest Suites Resort is a friendly family-owned hotel that specializes in weddings with up to 60 guests. Packages are also available for couples who would like to elope. The resort's stunning chapel features a breathtaking dome ceiling and wonderful views of the mountains, and couples who would prefer to get married outside can do so on a gorgeous beach only a mile away from the hotel or even on a private yacht. 5. Heavenly Valley Lodge

Nestled amidst pine trees only half a mile away from Lake Tahoe, the Heavenly Valley Lodge is an ideal spot for an outdoor wedding. The property's quarter-acre event lawn features an arbor perfect for wedding ceremonies, and it can accommodate up to 200 people. There are also four spacious patios that can be set up as dance floors, bars, or seating areas; one of these patios has a fire pit. Couples are welcome to bring their own caterers, DJs, florists, and so on, but the hotel is also happy to provide a list of recommended vendors.
