Basecamp South Lake Tahoe features 74 well-appointed and stylishly furnished guestrooms that have designed for adventurers and relaxation seekers alike. Guest rooms have kings, queens or double beds with triple sheeting and 300 thread count linens, private bathrooms with walk-in showers, plush towels, and standard bath products, and modern amenities, including flat-screen televisions and complimentary wireless Internet. Some rooms have balconies with breathtaking mountain views.

King Balcony Rooms are spacious and bright rooms on the second or third floor and feature king-size beds with triple sheeting and 300 thread count linens, and private bathrooms with walk-in showers, plush towels, and standard bath products. Secluded balconies have two Adirondack chairs and amenities include flat screen televisions and complimentary wireless Internet.

Two Fulls Rooms are located on the ground floor and feature two double beds with triple sheeting and 300 thread count linens, and private bathrooms with walk-in showers, plush towels, and standard bath products. Modern amenities include flat-screen televisions and complimentary wireless Internet.

The King Rooms are cozy and spacious rooms on the second floor that offer king-size beds with triple sheeting and 300 thread count linens, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, plush towels, and standard bath products. Private balconies with breathtaking mountain views.

Two Queens Rooms boast two luxurious queen-size beds with triple sheeting and 300 thread count linens, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, plush towels, and standard bath products, and flat screen televisions and complimentary wireless Internet.

Located on the second and third floors of the hotel, Family Rooms are ideal for families with kids or group of friends traveling together and feature two luxurious queen-size beds and two twin loft bunk beds and private bathrooms with showers, towels and standard bath products.

The Explorer’s Club Room is perfect for a group of friends and features four bunk beds, while the Mountain View Suite offers extra levels of luxury with a luxurious queen-size bed and pullout sleeper sofa for additional guests. An en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, and bathtub, plush towels and standard bath products, and other amenities include a microwave and fridge, along with a flat screen television and complimentary wireless Internet.

The Great Indoors Room brings the outdoors inside without the wildlife, and features a tent with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a faux fire pit and glow stars on the ceiling.

A delicious breakfast is served every morning in the Lobby or Barn/Beer Garden to kick start the day, and communal three-course dinners are offered during the ski season between October and March. The Courtyard and Beer Garden have fire pits to toast s’mores and socialize, as well as table tennis, Corn Hole Bean Bag Toss, and other games, and the Beer Garden serves a seasonal menu of burgers and bratwurst. The more intimate Lobby Bar serves gourmet hot chocolate and local brews throughout the day.
