Review:

Located within the Ses Salines de Eivissa and Formentera Natural Park, on the north coast of Formentera Island, Playa de Ses Illetes has often been named as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The beach stretches along 450 meters, divided into 2 parts by a rocky promontory. The sand is powdery and a perfect shade of pale pink, due to the presence of minute coral insects called Foraminifera, which produce a red color in the coral reefs. Because the beach is located in a protected area, it is kept in a pristine condition. Lapped by shallow turquoise waters, this beach is a favorite with families. It beckons visitors to come and enjoy a summer swim or a long beach walk in winter.
