Nestled away in the hills of Roland, An Enchanted Evening Wine Tasting Yurt provides a unique and intimately beautiful experience for its guests. This lovely vineyard has a tiny tasting room in an actual yurt, where guests can gather around the central, circular tasting bar to indulge in some of the winery’s products, like the Enchanting Dry White, or Together Again, a red that is classified as semi-sweet. A tasting fee does apply, but is waived with the purchase of a bottle of wine. If the yurt and its cozy furnishings start to feel a little claustrophobic, or if it’s a beautiful day outside, guests are also welcome to enjoy their wine out on the gorgeous patio, which overlooks Pinnacle Mountain.
