Arizona’s unique climate is similar to that of southern France where Rhône wine originated. Keel-ing Schaefer’s version of Rhône-inspired wine is produced and bottled on their estate in Willcox Wine Country and served in a historic bank building in downtown Willcox. Anyone (provided they are of legal drinking age, of course) can sample their wines in this unique building, but visits to the vineyard are reserved for club members and private groups. Keeling Schaefer offers a dis-count on their wine tastings to guests who bring in a glass from any of the wineries that partici-pate in this reciprocal program.
