Patricia and Martin moved from Jalisco, Mexico to the United States in the 1980’s. After working for several years in multiple businesses towards the “American Dream,” the couple decided they wanted to bring the recipes of their family to others and opened a Mexican restaurant. Their restaurant soon grew into a chain spread across multiple states, sharing the traditions and authentic flavors of Mexico to even more people. At Fiesta Mexicana, the goal is to offer all guests ‘a small “rinconcito” of Mexico,’ a place where customers are able to enjoy the traditions, hospitality, and food of Mexico.
