The Noble South is a lofty, cheerful, community-minded eatery helmed by chef/owner and rising star Chris Rainosek that serves inventive Southern-inspired cuisine and handcrafted cocktails in a rustic-chic setting. Celebrating the local bounty by using local ingredients and regional produce, the restaurant serves brunch, lunch, and dinner, along with specials such as Meatless Mondays, and value-plate lunches. Signature brunch dishes range from Breakfast Bowls and Fried Catfish to Fig Crepes and Fried Oyster Benedict, while dinner dishes include Shrimp and Grits, Wagyu Steak, Pork Duo, Redfish, and Boudin Stuffed Quail. An extensive wine list features excellent vintages from around the world, classic cocktails prepared with high-end spirits, and a variety of bottled craft beers and microbrews.
