Like many craft beer breweries around the country, The Fermentorium has its roots in a backyard home brewery.
What was once a hobby soon turned into a passion for craft-beer enthusiast and brewer Kristopher Volkman, and resulted in the founding of the Fermentorium in 2016. The brewery has gone from strength to strength since then and nowadays visitors can anticipate tasting a range of more than 24 craft beers which vary from traditional styles to unique and imaginative brews.
