Established in 1994 by Randy and Ann Lee, the Valkyrie Brewing Company is a small family owned and operated microbrewery and the first of its kind in Northwest Wisconsin. Originally named Viking, the brewing company changed its name in 2010 and chooses to operate out of Dallas, Wisconsin because of the amazing beer that their soft water produces. The Valkyrie Tap Room is open on Fridays and Saturdays and offers free tours of their facilities on Saturdays. Grab any one of their beers on draft in the Tap Room, have a growler filled to go, or pick up a 6 or 9 pack to enjoy at home.
