The Fairview Inn in Jackson is a Colonial mansion with eighteen individually furnished guest rooms. Each room offers a different theme and some provide amenities such as whirlpool tubs, sitting areas, fireplaces, and entertainment systems. The Inn has a spa that provides manicures and pedicures, facials, massages, hair removal and reflexology.

Guests are welcome to take a walk on the grounds, play a game of billiards, or relax in the gazebos on the rocking chairs or the hammock. The 1908 Provisions restaurant offers California inspired food that still maintains a Southern flavor for both brunch and dinner.

The Library Lounge provides a place for guests to get refreshments from cocktails to bottled beer and fine wines.
