Valhalla Coffee Co. is a sleek java housed in Tacoma's 6th Avenue District, owned and operated by master roaster A.J. Anderson since 2004. The cafe is a family-oriented neighborhood coffee house that focuses on no-frills preparations, selling coffee to visitors by the cup or by the pound.

Signature roasts are available in traditional or organic varieties, crafted with beans sourced from top growing regions. Coffees include the company's French roast, espresso blend, and signature Viking and Valkyrie roasts, which blend earthy, low acidity varietals.

Single-origin coffees include Sumatran and Ethiopian Harrar varieties. Diners can also choose from a variety of Swiss water decaffeinated coffees, including decaffeinated blends of the cafe's signature roasts.
