Located in the Boar's Head Resort, the Old Mill Room is an upscale, resort eatery that features original architectural detailing of the former mill in which it is housed and serves contemporary American fare and fine wines. The only restaurant to have been awarded a Four-Diamond Award for the past 28 consecutive years, the Old Mill Room is helmed by an expert team who create culinary masterpieces that tantalize the palate. Signature dishes include Baked Whole Carolina Mountain Trout, Southern Grilled Pork Loin Chop, Ancho Chili Rubbed Domestic Lamb Loin, Roasted Duck Breast, Pan Seared Striped Bass, Little Neck Clams Chowder, and Honey Butter Roasted Scallops. An extensive wine list boasts casual labels and rare vintages, along with craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails.
