Montalto is a unique and exclusive event venue located on a mountain above President Jefferson’s famous Monticello estate. The property is home to the Robert H. Smith Center which offers retreat and meeting space and private event use. Repose is an 11,000 square foot home that sits at the top of Montalto. It offers several indoor event spaces and is surrounded by several lawns. The largest room in the estate is the Conservatory which is suitable for elegant reception dinners as it has beautiful views of the mountains and access to valuable features like A/V equipment. The outdoor lawns make for a wonderful ceremony location. They offer incomparable views including the Blue Ridge Mountains and of course, Monticello.
