The brewery is also looking for partnerships with other local businesses, retailers, restaurants, farmers, and artists throughout Loudoun County. That Tasting Room at the Old Ox Brewery offers an opportunity to try the available beers brewed in the 30-barrel brewhouse on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00pm until 9:00pm, on Fridays from 2:30pm until 10:00pm, on Saturdays from 11:00am until 10:00pm, and Sundays from 11:00am until 7:00pm.

The Matchbox Restaurant first started in 2003 in an old building in the center of Washington, D.C. and has since expanded to eleven restaurant throughout the country, including locations in Texas, Florida, Maryland, and in Ashburn, Virginia.
