Salzburg, Austria is a city that celebrates many festivals and holidays throughout December, and although the city rooftops aren’t always snow covered, the surrounding mountains are typically snow capped and offer the opportunity for winter sports. Salzburg is a one-stop destination for skiing, Christmas and New Year’s celebrations, and wholesome family fun.
