The Cayman Turtle Farm is a must-see for kids if you are visiting the Cayman Islands. This is the home of thousands of Green Sea Turtles, from babies to grown-ups which weigh hundreds of pounds. Once you reach the property, you can walk around the tanks and observe green sea turtles swimming in the breeding pond. There is also a small group of turtles that you can hold and photograph. Tours are self-guided and take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Jump in for a swim at Breaker’s fresh water tidal lagoon and visit the Snack Shack for a quick lunch. In addition to thousands of turtles, the property is home to other animals such as birds and crocodiles. There is a bird aviary as well as a touch pool with starfish, urchins and crabs. The predator tank houses sharks and eels. The attraction is located on Northwest Point Road in West Bay, 8 miles from George Town (+345-949-3894).
