Review:

The popular Micklethwait Craft Meats trailer opened in 2012, making it a relative newcomer on the Austin barbecue scene, but it's popular enough that customers typically have to wait in line. All the food is prepared fresh in-house, including the meats, sides, breads, sauces, and other condiments as well as barbecued meats that are sold by the pound. The offerings change daily, but the brisket and sausage are two of the most popular menu items. Barbecue plates, sandwiches, side dishes, and desserts are also available. The restaurant opens at 11:00 am from Tuesday through Sunday and closes when it has sold out.
