Every dish at Nathan’s BBQ is cooked over open pits with lump charcoal and pecan wood for that distinctive and delectable Smokey taste that cannot be replicated by any other method. Seating up to 140 people in his rustic Brenham restaurant, Nathan caters for hundreds of hungry customers every week and does so with passion.
