Mahalo Coffee Roasters is a small, family-owned business that roasts, sells and serves Mahalo coffee, as well as offers a coffee subscription program. Mahalo (Hawaiian for ‘thank you’) roasts organic, ethically sourced beans on a 6lb San Franciscan Roaster and brews specialty espresso drinks on an imported Decent Espresso Machine. Drawing inspiration from Australia, Mahalo Coffee Roasters sells their coffee beans wholesale and direct to the public, as well as serves handcrafted coffee and specialty espresso drinks along with freshly baked pastries and other light food in the café on Emory Road.
