Located in the famed Parker hotel in South Palm Canyon, Mister Parker's is an upscale bistro with a chic ambiance that presents an intimate dining experience.
The restaurant features a beautifully-appointed dining room with elegant décor and a charming outdoor patio where guests can dine beneath the stars and serves a menu of creative farm-to-table fare. Signature dishes are prepared with locally sourced ingredients and range from pistachio-crusted rack of lamb and osso bucco with saffron risotto to duck confit with truffled potatoes and beef short ribs. Don’t miss the pear and almond tart and a sweet dessert wine to end the perfect meal.
The full-service bar offers craft and draft beers on tap, and by the bottle, fine wines from around the world, and classic cocktails made with top-shelf spirits, and Mister Parker's is open for dinner, Wednesday through Sunday.
