Birba is a modern restaurant in downtown Palm Springs with a charming tree-filled garden patio that serves an evolving menu of creative, globally-inspired cuisine and craft cocktails in a stylish, laid-back setting.
The dinner-focused eatery focuses on serving inventive interpretations of traditional Italian specialties like wood-fired pizza with gourmet toppings, burrata, homemade meatballs, mushroom and ricotta lasagna, and parmigiana. A selection of handcrafted cocktails, craft and draft beers on tap and by the bottle, and casual Italian wines are served from the bar, and guests can dine indoors in the elegant dining room or the pretty garden patio beneath the stars. Birba is open for dinner only, Thursday through Sunday.
