Review:

Hailed as Palm Springs' best-kept secret, John Henry's Cafe is a local mainstay and popular gathering spot that serves classic and modern European-American fare in eclectic, art-adorned digs with a full bar and a charming patio.

Initially opened by chef John Laslo and his partner Angelo over 25 years ago, John Henry’s Café is now under new ownership and is still one of the area’s top spots to go for great food and friendly hospitality.

Signature dishes and daily specials on the menu roasted beet salad with feta cheese, grilled ahi tuna skewers, Maryland blue crab cakes, grilled jumbo prosciutto-wrapped shrimp, lobster ravioli with asparagus, and roasted herb rack of lamb.

The full-service bar serves boutique wines from around the globe, top-shelf spirits and craft and draft beers, and the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily and weekend brunch.
