Review:

Fork is an award-winning Old City culinary gem that has been serving sophisticated New American cuisine for the past two decades. Helmed by Chef John Patterson, the fine-dining destination features stylish and modern interiors with a cast-concrete bar, hand-painted chandeliers, and contemporary murals painted by Anthony DeMelas.

The creative menu at Fork features dishes like hand-torn scallops with carrots, New Jersey golden tilefish, lamb tartare with Sauer kohlrabi, duroc pork with spaetzle, and a selection of handmade pasta with from-scratch sauces. The extensive bar menu features a variety of libations from global wines, craft beers on tap and by the bottle, and handcrafted cocktails made with top-shelf spirits. Fork is open for dinner daily and Sunday brunch and lunch.
