Review & Frequenly Asked Questions:
Barking Dog Restaurant is a popular Upper East Side restaurant where the line for a Sunday brunch goes around the corner. The inside space is unpretentious and homey, with cozy booths and toys as decor. Very family-friendly, Barking Dog has a great kids’ menu and a fountain for the family dog on the lovely outside patio.
While the place is famous for their breakfasts and brunches, the lunch and dinner menu is huge, with large fresh salads and everyone’s favorites such as fried calamari made to perfection, breaded in cornmeal and served with saffron aioli and marinara sauce. They make wonderful freshly squeezed juices but also have a full bar.
