Originally a simple community that sprung up during the oil boom in the 1950s, the Blue Sky Center is now a unique nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening rural communities. One of its initiatives revolves around sharing the special magic of the area with visitors, and it has erected five canvas huts with wooden floors and glass front walls. The cabins don't have heating, air conditioning, or restrooms, but the restrooms and showers in the nearby Flagship building are available for guests to use.
