Visitors who are adventuring in Lake Metigoshe State Park will find that there are a number of accommodation options within the park, including a campsite, dormitories, cabins, and yurts. There are three year-round family cabins that are tucked in the woods near Lake McDonald, which come fitted with a kitchen, a well-equipped bathroom, and a gas fireplace. If you want a more natural camping experience, the primitive cabin can be found on the shore of Eramosh Lake, but to get there you must hike, bike, or canoe as there’s no way for motorized vehicles to get across. The Loon Lodge is a great choice for groups as it can sleep four in its two bedrooms and also has a fully equipped kitchen and a private deck.
