What If of Hershey is the signature restaurant of the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Hershey, opened in 2002 by married duo Michael McQuaid and Joanna Lembesis. The restaurant is known for its creative steakhouse-inspired menu, which features hearty signature land and sea dishes served up alongside an extensive, carefully-curated international wine list. Couples can enjoy signature dishes like chicken piquante with sweet chestnuts and madeira wine sauce, baked crab-stuffed shrimp and scallops with lemon butter and herbed breadcrumbs, and pumpkin ravioli with sage brown butter and toasted pumpkin seeds. Hand-cut steaks are also offered, along with creative shareables like eggplant Napoleon, chorizo sausage pierogis, and four-cheese crab dip. Sweet treats are crafted with Hershey chocolate, including hot fudge peanut profiteroles.
