Originally built in 1869, this renovated warehouse has an industrial feel. Two floors of open vertical space feature a wrap-around interior balcony.

Strands of market lights stretch between banisters, giving the space a courtyard appearance. The venue also boasts two stories of large periphery windows, red brick throughout, and a red curtain stage. Couples have ample flexibility designing the ambiance of their wedding, given the simplicity of the space.

Capacity is at 400 for a cocktail party, 200 for a sit-down dinner reception. A smaller room is available for guest lists of up to 50 attendees. Bride and groom must supply their own vendors and alcohol.
