Fogo de Chao is an upscale Brazilian steakhouse with locations all over the world. They began their humble roots inside a small wooden restaurant in Porto Alegre, Southern Brazil. The founders learned and perfected the traditional, fire-roasted method of cooking churrasco, which became the backbone of their restaurant. Today, Fogo de Chao specializes in all-you-can-eat dining, where the waiters carve and serve a variety of Brazilian cooked meats tableside. The restaurant also features a large salad bar stocked with lots of seasonal produce. Other items on the menu include appetizers and tapas. Lastly, there is a cocktail and wine menu with several options listed.
