Since its first wine production in 2015, the winery has grown to now offer a broad assortment of sparkling wines, red wines, and white wines. The approach the Chris James Cellars takes to white wines is preserving and emphasizing the varietal acidity, flavor, and aromatics. For red wines, it’s developing their intense flavors through winemaking fermentation techniques after harvest decisions, focusing on silky texture and mouthfeel during maturation. The tasting room is open to guests March to November on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
