A historic treasure of the Roseburg community, the Floed-Lane House Museum offers a beautiful glimpse into the region’s rich past. The well-preserved southern colonial home serves as the headquarters of The Douglas County Historical Society as well as a museum showcasing the heritage and lifestyle of present-day Roseburg. Originally built in the mid-1800s, the home still features many of its original fixtures such as its milled lumber ceilings, brick walkway, and furnishings. Visitors will be transported back in time as they walk through the home, exploring the museum’s carefully curated collection of artifacts and documents chronicling Roseburg’s history.
