At first glance, TMK Creamery may seem like any standard dairy farm, home to standard cows. This unique dairy farm, however, has become famous for cows that can make vodka, in addition to ice cream and cheese that is made on site.

Around twenty Holstein cows reside at Tmk Creamery, which is a member of the Holstein Association, and owner Todd Koch makes the ranking of his cows public with his “Cow-lebrity Showcase.” Koch has also become a pioneer in diverse byproducts. The whey that is left from the cheesemaking process is upcycled at TMK Creamery into what they call “cowcohol.”
