Rum Club was opened in 2011 by longtime friends Kevin Ludwig and Mike Shea and shares its space with the duo’s partner facility Beaker and Flask. The low-key bar borrows design elements from tiki bars and historic South Pacific haunts, specializing in classic craft cocktails with tropical fruit ingredients. An eclectic menu of bar plates is served alongside drinks, highlighting international fare such as empanadas, kimchi dumplings, Peruvian chicken, and char siu pork skewers. A daily happy hour offers discounts on drafts, wine glasses, and liquors. Guest bartender nights are hosted periodically, along with variety of public special events, including themed events for holidays such as Thanksgiving.
