Located just across the Ohio River in Newport, Carabello Coffee Company is an open and spacious coffee shop that serves a wide range of coffee, specialty coffee drinks, and freshly baked pastries, and other sweet treats.
The shop is divided into three different areas – a casual coffee bar, a full-service bar serving cocktail-like coffee creations, and space at the back of the shop for coffee-roasting. Owned by Justin and Emily Carabello, Carabello began a small operation in a garage and has grown into a bustling coffee shop that serves organic, farm-direct Fair Trade coffee. The café has indoor and outdoor seating, hosts bar takeovers from local and regional roasters, and offers coffee training courses.
