The Butcher and Barrel is a South American–style steakhouse serving Latin American and Italian-inspired cuisine and handcrafted cocktails in industrial, rustic-chic surrounds. Helmed by world-renowned Executive Chef Alfio Gulisano, the Butcher, and Barrel pride itself on maintaining tradition by preparing plates with age-old culinary techniques using fresh locally sourced ingredients. Signature dishes include Entradas such as Argentine-style sausages, spinach fritters, and pan-seared scallops, and off-the-grill entrées like short rib, sirloin steak, filet mignon, and ribeye. The Butcher and Barrel are open for dinner only, seven nights a week.
