Once providing a home and studios to renowned artists and writers such as John Steinbeck, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Thomas Mann, the iconic 1920s building in Downtown Manhattan has been meticulously renovated to host The Renwick , part of Curio – A Collection by Hilton. The Renwick is an upscale, luxury boutique hotel with 173 rooms and suites, with decor inspired by its days as a home for artists and intellectuals, paying homage to the Roaring Twenties. The rooms are sophisticated and refined, equipped with all modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, mini-fridges, flat-screen TVs, and desks. Suites also have balconies, kitchenettes, living rooms, and art supplies. The hotel has a posh gourmet restaurant and a popular lobby lounge.
