Established in 1996 on Irving Place, Irving Farm Coffee Roasters has been roasting coffee for over 20 years and has numerous neighborhood cafés across Manhattan, a modern 7500-square foot roasting and cold brewing facility in Millerton, New York. Coffee is sourced from small producers and hand-selected from freshly harvested lots, maintaining long-term, sustainable relationships. Seasonal batches are roasted to order at the New York facility, and promptly shipped, along with a curated selection of single origins that highlight the roastery’s favorite small lot coffees each season.
