Housing Works Cafe is the public cafe operation of famed New York City charitable organization Housing Works, which works to end the homelessness and HIV/AIDS crises in the Big Apple through advocacy and lifesaving services.
For more than a decade, the cafe has been a New York City institution, offering several locations throughout the city, including a SoHo location. A fully-stocked cafe and bar serves up espresso-based beverages alongside beers, wines, and cocktails throughout the week. Diners can also peruse a selection of books, movies, and music sold at the cafe's bookstore or attend special events throughout the year, including podcast events, trivia nights, and book signings.
