Roosevelt also established the country’s first U.S. Presidential Library at this site. Visitors can explore the Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt and the Presidential Library and Museum to learn more about the life of one of the country’s most famous presidents. A tour of the historic home lasts around one hour, starting at the Henry A. Wallace Visitor Center, and is the only way that visitors are able to explore the house.
