2. Rockefeller Art Center

The Michael C. Rockefeller Arts Center can be found on the campus of the Fredonia State University of New York, where it offers students and visitors an outstanding cultural resource. The building is made up of a 1,200-seat concert hall, as well as 2 art galleries and 3 theatres. In addition, the facility is also home to rehearsal studios, classrooms and much more. At least 50,000 visitors attend the 170 events staged at the art center each year. The art galleries showcase works by emerging and professional artists. The Rockefeller Art Center was built in 1969 and a major addition was completed in 2016.

3. Ellicottville Brewing Company

EBC West in Fredonia continues in the footsteps of parent company Ellicottville Brewing Company in Ellicottville, which has grown by leaps and bounds since it opened in 1995. The brewery produces a wide range of craft beers to suit all tastes including seasonal favorites, limited editions and a popular everyday series. The brewery is open seven days a week for tastings and the dining room serves delicious pub grub with a twist – you can look forward to tasty flat breads, sandwiches, Mediterranean grills, salads and more. If you are not a beer drinker (it would be a shame) you can order a couple of specialty cocktails.
