They use an old-school method that pays homage to the many pitmasters before them using all-natural meats and poultry lightly seasoned and cooked over smoked wood for several hours, allowing their natural goodness to seep out. Diners can relax in the warm and inviting sustainable restaurant that was built with reclaimed wood, while enjoying the many creations of Pitmaster Hugh Magnum. Brisket, spare ribs, pulled pork, chicken wings, and pastrami make the perfect partners to sides of sweet corn fritters and buttermilk broccoli salad.
